Music intelligence

Walk in knowing exactly what the room wants

Requests, banned lists and crowd intel — gathered before the night, organised for you, and distilled into a one-page brief you can read in the van.

Guest request links

A shareable link for invites, table cards or the host's group chat. Guests search for songs and submit requests with their name — no app, no sign-up.

Song search built in

Spotify-powered search means clean titles and correct artists instead of “that one from the advert”. Manual entry as a fallback, always.

Clients plan their own music

Must-play, do-not-play and open suggestions — built by the client in their own portal, any time before the day. No second app to buy, no extra login for them to lose.

Guests vote with a heart

Guests can heart the requests already on the list, so the songs the room really wants rise to the top. You set how many requests each event takes, and requests close automatically a set number of days before the event.

A printable QR card

Print a QR card for the tables or the invitations — guests scan it and land straight on the request page.

Take the plan to your software

Export the music plan as an M3U playlist or CSV, add it to Apple Music, or move it to Spotify or Tidal via TuneMyMusic or Soundiiz.

Your DJ library, matched

Upload your Rekordbox, Serato, Engine DJ, Traktor or VirtualDJ library once, from the browser or the app. Every gig shows which of the couple's songs each DJ already has, what's missing and where to buy it. AI checks the close calls like remixes and edits.

Crates that point at your files

Download the gig's plan as a Rekordbox playlist, a Serato crate or an M3U8 that uses your own file locations. A Monday email lists what you still need for the next three weeks.

Do-not-play protection

Guest requests are checked against the client's banned list automatically. A request for a do-not-play gets flagged before it ever reaches your decks — awkward moment avoided.

Approve or park each request

A clean queue on the event page: approve, reject or leave pending. The must-play and do-not-play lists stay front and centre.

The AI set brief

Two days before the gig (or on demand), Gig Nest writes your one-pager: the event at a glance, the audience, key timeline moments, must-plays, banned songs, request highlights, a suggested energy arc and the practicalities — limiter, load-in, parking.

Venue knowledge that compounds

Sound limiter? Awkward load-in? Tight parking? Logged once on the venue, surfaced on every future event and every set brief there.
